• Novogradac is at the forefront of providing guidance to potential Opportunity Zone funds and investors.

• Economic Innovation Group is the non-profit organization that was the proponent of the policy.

• The Local Initiatives Support Coalition built the LISC Opportunity Zone Playbook which outlines many of the steps that communities are taking to organize local Opportunity Zone strategies.

• The Governance Project Opportunity Zone Toolkit gives a good overview of the different approaches that communities are taking to develop an Opportunity Zone pipeline. 

• OZ Framework which recommends first principles for how investors and projects can integrate community benefit principles into their Opportunity Zone investments.
